Raspberry Pi
I have a couple of Raspberry Pi micro computers.
I have a Raspberry Pi 4b, used as a media server, and a Raspberry Pi 3b+, used for testing as well as acting as a wifi gateway for a desktop PC that doesn’t have built-in wifi.
I’m not at all an expert at this, just giving things a go and will write up how I did the things that work.

Because I didn’t really know what I was doing I decided to buy a kit instead of just the base RPi and the odd parts I needed (even though this may have worked out to be cheaper). When I bought the newer model I opted to go down the kit path again, simply because it made it so much easier than finding all the different components and buying them all. And to be honest, it didn’t work out being much more expensive anyway (maybe just a few dollars).
