RPi Running Temperature

To check how hot (or cool) your Raspberry Pi is running, you can run this command:

sudo vcgencmd measure_temp

This will simply output the current cpu temperature to the terminal, e.g.

pi@pi:~ $ sudo vcgencmd measure_temp
temp=47.0'C
